1. 保存在你 iPhone 上的数据
订阅的节目、下载的音频、收听进度和历史、播放队列、我的生词、学习水平和设置，只保存在你的设备上，我们看不到。删除 App 即可全部删除。
2. 账号
Eksigo 只支持“通过 Apple 登录”。登录时我们会收到：
- Apple 提供的用户标识（一串不含个人信息的编号）；
- 你选择分享的电子邮箱（可以是 Apple 的“隐藏邮件地址”）和姓名，可不分享。
我们用它来识别你的账号、计算每月额度，以及在你订阅 Premium 后确认你的订阅状态。我们不会用你的邮箱发送营销邮件。
3. 你使用 AI 功能时发送的内容
当你拆解一集播客、查看文字稿、查询单词或做口语练习时，App 会把需要处理的内容发送到我们的服务器（api.eksigo.com）：

我们的服务器会把这些内容交给以下 AI 服务处理，它们只为完成这次请求使用这些数据：
- Groq（美国）和 OpenAI（美国）：把语音转成文字；
- DeepSeek（中国）：分析句子难度、翻译、挑选生词、给口语练习打分；
- OpenAI（美国）：Premium 的录音棚语音（把中文翻译和生词读出来）。
音频和录音在处理完成后立即从我们的服务器删除，不会被保存，也不会被用来训练模型。
处理得到的文字结果（文字稿、翻译、生词）属于公开播客内容的学习资料，不包含你的身份信息。为了更快、更省地服务所有人，同一集播客的同一段内容可能会直接提供给其他学习者使用。你的录音和口语练习结果不会被共享。
4. 额度和服务记录
为了计算额度，我们会按账号记录你每月使用了多少分钟拆解、多少次口语练习。为了防止滥用和排查故障，服务器会短期保留请求日志（时间、功能、IP 地址），不包含音频内容。
5. 播客和封面
播客的音频和封面直接从播客发布方的服务器下载，就像其他播客 App 一样，这些服务器可以看到你的 IP 地址。部分在某些地区无法访问的封面图片，会经由我们的服务器转发。搜索播客时会使用 Apple 的公开播客目录。
6. 付款
Premium 订阅完全通过 Apple 的 App Store 处理。我们看不到你的付款信息，只会收到 Apple 签发的订阅凭证，用来确认你的订阅状态。
7. 我们不做的事
- 不投放广告，不使用广告标识符，不跨 App 追踪你；
- 不出售、不出租任何个人数据；
- 不使用第三方统计或分析 SDK。
8. 删除账号
你可以随时在 App 的“我的”页面删除账号。删除后，我们服务器上的账号信息、登录记录和额度记录会立即删除。如果你订阅了 Premium，请另外在 iPhone 的“设置 → Apple 账户 → 订阅”中取消订阅。
9. 儿童
Eksigo 不面向 13 岁以下的儿童，我们不会有意收集儿童的个人信息。
10. 变更与联系
本政策如有重要变更，我们会在 App 内或本页面告知。有任何问题，请发邮件至 support@eksigo.com。

1. Data that stays on your iPhone
Subscriptions, downloads, listening progress and history, Up Next, My words, your level and settings are stored only on your device. We can't see them. Deleting the app deletes them.
2. Your account
Eksigo's only sign-in is Sign in with Apple. When you sign in we receive:
- Apple's identifier for you (a number that contains no personal details);
- the e-mail address and name you choose to share, if any (the e-mail can be Apple's private relay address).
We use them to recognise your account, count your monthly allowance, and confirm your subscription once you have Premium. We don't send marketing e-mail.
3. What is sent when you use AI features
When you break down an episode, open a transcript, look up a word or practise speaking, the app sends what is needed to our server (api.eksigo.com):

Our server passes this to the following AI services, which use it only to answer that request:
- Groq (USA) and OpenAI (USA): speech to text;
- DeepSeek (China): sentence levels, translations, word selection and scoring speaking practice;
- OpenAI (USA): Premium's studio voice, which reads translations and words aloud.
Audio and recordings are deleted from our server as soon as they have been processed. They are not stored and not used to train models.
The text that results (transcripts, translations, words) is study material about a public podcast and contains nothing about you. To be faster and cheaper for everyone, the same part of the same episode may be given to other learners as it is. Your recordings and practice results are never shared.
4. Allowances and service logs
To count allowances we record, per account, how many breakdown minutes and speaking practices you used each month. To prevent abuse and fix problems, the server keeps short-lived request logs (time, feature, IP address), without any audio.
5. Podcasts and artwork
Episodes and artwork are downloaded straight from the publishers' servers, as in any podcast app, and those servers see your IP address. Artwork from hosts that some regions can't reach is passed through our server. Podcast search uses Apple's public podcast directory.
6. Payments
Premium is handled entirely by Apple's App Store. We never see your payment details; we receive only Apple's signed record of the subscription to confirm its status.
7. What we don't do
- No ads, no advertising identifier, no tracking across apps;
- no selling or renting of personal data;
- no third-party analytics SDKs.
8. Deleting your account
You can delete your account any time in the app's Profile tab. Your account, sessions and usage records are removed from our server at once. If you have Premium, also cancel it in your iPhone's Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.
9. Children
Eksigo is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal data.
