欢迎使用 Eksigo。使用本 App 即表示你同意以下条款。

1. 服务内容

Eksigo 是一个播客播放器，并提供英语学习功能：拆解句子、文字稿、查词和口语练习。播客节目由各自的发布方制作和提供，Eksigo 与这些发布方没有关联，也不对节目内容负责。

2. 账号

听播客不需要账号。使用 AI 功能需要通过 Apple 登录。请勿与他人共用账号，也不要试图绕过额度限制。

3. Premium 订阅

• Premium 是通过 Apple App Store 购买的自动续期订阅，价格以购买时 App 内显示为准。
• 付款会在确认购买时从你的 Apple 账户扣除。除非在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时关闭自动续期，订阅会自动续订。
• 你可以在 iPhone 的“设置 → Apple 账户 → 订阅”中管理或取消订阅。退款由 Apple 按其政策处理。
• 每月额度在每个自然月开始时重置，未用完的额度不会累积。

4. AI 生成的内容

文字稿、翻译、难度等级、生词讲解和口语评分由 AI 自动生成，可能存在错误。请把它们当作学习辅助，而不是权威参考。

5. 合理使用

Eksigo 仅供个人学习使用。请勿：

• 批量下载、抓取或转售 App 中的内容，包括文字稿和翻译；
• 上传你无权使用的音频；
• 干扰、攻击服务，或用自动化程序访问我们的接口。

违反这些规则时，我们可能暂停或关闭相关账号。

6. 服务变更

我们会不断改进 Eksigo，可能增加、修改或停止部分功能。如果涉及你已付费的功能，我们会提前告知。

7. 免责声明

Eksigo 按“现状”提供。在法律允许的范围内，我们不保证服务不中断或没有错误，也不对因使用本服务造成的间接损失负责。

Welcome to Eksigo. By using the app you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Eksigo is a podcast player with English-learning features: sentence breakdowns, transcripts, word meanings and speaking practice. Podcasts are made and provided by their publishers; Eksigo is not affiliated with them and is not responsible for their content.

2. Accounts

Listening needs no account. AI features need Sign in with Apple. Don't share your account or try to get around the allowances.

3. Premium

• Premium is an auto-renewing subscription bought through Apple's App Store, at the price shown in the app when you buy it.
• Payment is charged to your Apple account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel it in your iPhone's Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
• Monthly allowances reset at the start of each calendar month; unused allowance doesn't carry over.

4. AI-generated content

Transcripts, translations, levels, word explanations and speaking scores are generated automatically and can contain mistakes. Use them as a learning aid, not as an authoritative reference.

5. Fair use

Eksigo is for personal learning. Please don't:

• bulk-download, scrape or resell content from the app, including transcripts and translations;
• upload audio you don't have the right to use;
• disrupt or attack the service, or access our API with automated tools.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

6. Changes to the service

We keep improving Eksigo and may add, change or remove features. If a change affects something you have paid for, we'll tell you in advance.

7. Disclaimer

Eksigo is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we're not liable for indirect losses from using it.
